Creating & Editing Absences Is Faster

When HR and Administrators create or edit an employee’s absence the ‘Data Saved Successfully’ pop up will no longer appear after clicking the ‘Save’ button.  This will save them time. (Thanks Simcoe) 

New Privilege – ‘Release To EasyConnect’

If you have configured absences to be placed ‘On Hold’ for a ‘Location’ or ‘Reason for Absence’, you can now assign a privilege to control which Employer Users can release the assignment to start contacting Replacements.  (Thanks Superior North Catholic) 

‘Availability Calendar’ Verbiage Change

In an effort to simplify your Replacements’ experience we have renamed the ‘add an event’ button in their Availability Calendar to say ‘dates not available’.  This should encourage Replacements to enter dates they are not free to work.
